Quantity-Limited Authorization
The school authorizes HALRIC to make and sell up to an agreed maximum number of units. The agreement states whether the authorization is royalty-free or includes another fixed consideration.
HALRIC School Release Authorization Program
Schools do not need to purchase lanyards from HALRIC. With written authorization, HALRIC can design, produce, list, sell, fulfill, and support an approved school-spirit release through HALRIC.net and any other sales channels specifically included in the agreement.
What the Agreement Will Define
The final contract will be tailored to the approved release. The intake form gathers enough information for HALRIC to prepare the first draft without asking the school to place an order.
The school, district, or organization that owns or controls the marks, the authorized signer, and HALRIC.
The exact school name, wordmark, logo, mascot, colors, and artwork HALRIC may reproduce.
School-spirit lanyards, HALRIC.net, approved markets or events, territory, and any prohibited uses.
Start and end dates, maximum authorized quantity, reorders, exclusivity, and renewal options.
Percentage royalty, per-unit payment, fixed consideration, reporting frequency, payment timing, returns, and exclusions.
Design proofs, samples, permitted changes, product quality expectations, marketing approval, and school review contacts.
Termination rights, remaining inventory, sell-off period, artwork return or deletion, and final reporting.
How It Works
An authorized school representative submits the school, rights-owner, artwork, sales-channel, quantity, and compensation preferences.
HALRIC confirms who may authorize the marks and who will sign for the school, district, or controlling organization.
HALRIC prepares the agreement using the approved royalty, per-unit, time, quantity, channel, and approval terms.
After the agreement is signed, HALRIC prepares the fabric and lanyard design for written school approval before production.
HALRIC purchases materials, produces the approved inventory, performs quality checks, and prepares the release for sale. The school is not required to buy the inventory.
HALRIC lists and fulfills the products through the authorized channels, then reports and pays any required royalty according to the contract.
Request an Agreement
This is not a purchase-order form. It collects the information needed to prepare a proposed licensing and sales agreement. No permission is granted and HALRIC will not use official school marks until the required parties sign the final agreement.
Do not include student records, student names, or other confidential student information. Official artwork will be requested through a separate controlled exchange after the initial review.
